India made history!

Indian team, now the world champions: ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 winner trophy's holders in a happy mood!

  Aaahhh!!! my heart was just filled with happiness when India won the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011!!

Srilanka had its semi-final with New Zealand while India had its semi-final with Pakistan! India & Srilanka were qualified for the final...... well i was quite confused whom 2 support because both f ma top favorite teams were qualified for the final...... so, I decided 2 support both teams. =))

 On 30th March,2011, the second semi-final or sayingg it "the great final" wld b bettr, as it was the match of India vs Pakistan...... but India won tht match hence, making its place in the final to fight with "the lions of Srilanka"!

The final was played on 2nd April, 2011. The ICC Cricket World Cup was in the hands of  Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni at the end of the match. The entire Indian nation is very proud on him n on the whole team......specially Sachin Tendulkar, Yuvraj Singh, Gautam Gambhir, Virendra Sehwag, Suresh Raina, Munaf Patel, Sree Santh, Harbhajan Singh, Virat kohli n all others who contributed in this great victory, who made this history happened!!!

The Indian team not only returned the W.cup trophy to their home by being the world champions 2nd time but also made Asia the home of world cup again........ all this due to the admirable hard work of the team!!

But, in this connection not admiring the untiring spirit of the Srilankan nation & Srilankan Cricket team will b unfair. The team captain Kumar Sangakkara's statement regarding their defeat proves that He, His team & His nation is not from those who blame on their tools 4 their defeat but they proved that they are 4rm those who learn 4rm their defeat merrily & appreciate the victory of others!

Well-done team Srilanka! Bravo!!!

You people are really the ever-happy nation, the nation with the untiring spirit!!!!

Really Srilanka is the land of lions...... so roar uppp in the up-coming world cup!!! ;))

Congratulations team India for creating a history!!!

....................uttering this question to myself, I was unintentionally just following your footprints

........having no idea where these are taking me......... I was completely petrified.....but still following.....don't know why??????...........but just following...my heart and brain were fighting a great war for what to do......but I was just following your footprints......'coz following them made me feel as I'm following myself!!!...!!!...

your footprints led me to a new and totally different world where there was only blood all around.........that world was worse than this world (in which we are living)!!!!! there were rivers and oceans but water had a bloody shade.......walls were painted with the blood of innocents.....lands were cultivated with graves....no laughter, no smile; only cries and atmosphere was mourning!

Out of the wounds the dark blood runs

but still... people were living there with a hope that like every dark cloud their lives also have a silver-lining that will shine and enlighten their lives and indeed the whole world.......they were just waiting for that silver-lining......but still living......they were fighting like braves.......they didn't give-up.....they knew that they are capable of changing their destiny......they were designing their destiny by themselves and they were proud of it......no one among those wanted to die or leave that deadly,bloody world, they wanted to fight till their last breathe......some for themselves....some for others!!!!

There I found someone........who was lost somewhere......you....I found you!!!

YOU was my inspiration, my aspiration, my spirit, my soul,you was in me......'coz you was me...............I found myself..................nothing stops; nothing ends due to someone or something....the show must go on.....the greatest and the most important show of this strange and cruel world-LIFE......life goes on and on and on until it wants.............

Your footprints explained all to me.................they were for me.......i hope those footprints help and solve the problems of other puzzled like me..ee..eee........!!!!!!

Waiting to be disclosed & untold!

grass, trees, birds, animals, flowers, leaves &  humans all wait for rain 'coz they know, they believe it'll come down from the blue-black sky!

the rain that cultivates my Thar,

the rain that gets absorbed into the sand of The Great Sahara,

the rain that makes my Punjab fertile;

and its soil soft,

the rain that freezes on my Himalayas,

forms frost on my Hindukush; my Karakorum,

and forms ice-caps on my K-2!

the rain that fills my Indus,

the rain that brings smile on my people's faces!

The Sun waits for the Moon, when the moon arises it gives its most precious thing- its light to the moon!!!!

Sun vanishes somewhere in the moon-light.....................sun's wait gets successful!!!

but.............what about the moon now????

it stays lonely in the dark sky illuminating the sky with its cool & refreshing light; soothing the entire world! but........again the question that perplexes me....for whom & for what the moon is waiting?????

does it come or not??????.........God knows!!!!!!!!!!!!!

but what I know is "nobody comes until I sleep" may be someone comes to meet the moon after I sleep!!!!!

but.......... again that but...............dnt know why the word "but" leaves me!!!!

but.............. the moon's wait never ends..sssss.....sss................never...............!!!!!!!!

After giving exam we (the students) wait for the result 'coz we know it'll........positive or negative........but it'll be announced!!!!

People wait for two reasons:

*) 'coz they know, they believe, for whom they are waiting, they will definitely come back or it 'll happen!!!

*) the most painful & strange, they wait in spite of the fact that for whom they are waiting, they will never come or it'll never happen....................!!!!!

but their waiting or we can say patience has the unlimited and untiring power which can bring the impossibility of something to the possibility!!!!

many are waiting for the same impossibilities................including me.......................I'm waiting for the thing which is not- not in any way impossible but still don't know why the people or we all collectively have made it out of our reach!!!!!!!!!!!

for what I'm waiting is the greatest thing in this world, once we bring it back this world will again become a wonderful place- like an Eden!!!!

and this is PEACE!!!!!!!!!!!

It is a scrumptious, mouth-watering Italian creation made with genuine mozzarella, topped with tomatoes, basil & olive oil and served piping hot. And if that's not enough to tickle your taste-buds,the dough is 35 centimetres in diameter and must be carefully kneaded by hand.

Food of Neapolitan origin, the famous Pizza Napoletana continues to delight food enthusiasts in Italy and the rest of the world-centuries after Napolitan pizzaiolo, Raffaele Esposito, created it in 1889 to match the colors of the Italian flag(a delicious red, green and yellow-white combination of mozzarella cheese, tomatoes and basil) as a way of honouring the visit to Naples by Queen Margherita of Savoy, the wife of King Umberto 1.

Also known as Pizza Margherita, this age-old Italian creation was recently awarded the status of a `Traditional Speciality Guaranteed' (TSG) by the European Union (EU), in an effort to preserve its authenticity and protect it from inferior pizza offerings that are currently marketed as the real thing.

According to the new EU guidelines, a genuine Pizza Napoletana may only be made with `authentic ingredients', which include genuine mozzarella from the Southern Apennine Mountains, San Marzano tomatoes, Italian wheat flour and natural Neapolitan yeast. The use of rolling pins or machinery to stretch the dough has been strictly banned to ensure that the essence of the pizzas produced stays true to the original Napolitan flavour.

While the newly acquired TSG status will not be enough to deter multinational chains from offering modified variations of the pizza, restaurants and pizzerias in Naples and across the EU, will have to follow the traditional way of making it, if they want to use the `TSG' label that qualifies their offering as a `genuine Pizza Napoletana'.

So here's hoping that the Pizza Napoletana lives up to its true Neapolitan flavour-not just in Italy but across the world. Bon Appetit!
